Operation Angels project notes — 13 October 2026 Created by Kristen Hall (Krissy). Owned by Born Between 2 Generals LLC. SOVEREIGN CLEAN SKY Problem: broadcast identity alone cannot establish authority or a safe mission. Audience: airspace researchers and engineering reviewers. Mechanism: separate aircraft, operator and mission findings; signature, trust-pin, lifetime, revocation and freshness checks. Current form: synthetic browser prototype documented 12 October 2026. The application address returned HTTP 200 during this session; its internal workflow was not rerun in this portfolio session. Limits: simulated enrollment and sensors; no live registry, hardware key protection, tracking or enforcement interface. P-256 is not post-quantum protection. Browser session evidence must be downloaded before refresh. Original August proposals remain historical. The October clarification supersedes automatic subtraction/capture claims while preserving their provenance. Application: https://cleansky.bornbetween2generals.com/console.html SOVEREIGN STUDIO Problem: private knowledge workflows need source context, policy routing and a way to surface disagreements. Audience: researchers and locally controlled computing teams. Mechanism: catalog, source ranking, contradiction checks, evidence mode and data border. Current form: documented browser tools; the overview returned HTTP 200 in this session. No local GPU inference was verified here. Offline boundary: browser file intake is local. A model console requires an independently running loopback model. A hosted overview is not access to private source material or proof of an air-gapped deployment. Overview: https://sovereign.bornbetween2generals.com/ PROGRAM BOUNDARIES Operation Angels is the BB2G portfolio showcase. Angel’s Post is a distinct neighbor-support program; The Shield Project is a distinct protection and education portfolio. Pro ID research does not determine voter eligibility. Paper-authoritative custody work remains non-tabulating. Sovereign Horizon is a separate research direction, with implementation and scientific claims awaiting evidence. Safe Perimeter’s original wearer-feedback concept and v0.3 remain separate designs, with separate behavior and test evidence. This summary adds no patent, clinical, production-readiness or security certification claim. Historical documentation and current session checks are separate.
