THE SHIELD PROJECTBORN BETWEEN 2 GENERALS · BB2G

A connected portfolio for child safety

Let children
be children.

More room to learn, create, and belong. Stronger tools for the adults responsible for protecting them.

The Shield Project brings together BB2G's built applications, prototypes, program materials, and engineering specifications for digital safeguards, physical safety, education, and family support—with people accountable for consequential decisions.

Public program overview · Built assets at different stages · Synthetic demonstrations

Protect.

Build safeguards around children's needs.

Connect.

Bring families, communities, and responsible professionals together.

Account.

Make alerts, ownership, and follow-through visible.

One mission. Connected programs.

A place for every part
of protection.

Explore the work already built across BB2G. “Built” identifies an existing application, prototype, program site, research core, or documented specification; each card names the form. It does not imply that all systems are connected or operating in the field.

01 / DIGITAL

Digital Shield

A credential and restriction workflow prototype for people under legally authorized supervision, with private platform signals and human-reviewed alerts.

Built · synthetic prototype
What this includes

The earlier local package demonstrates registered indicators, scoped credentials, adult-only interaction checks, officer acknowledgment, escalation, and response receipts. Government issuance, live OSINT, and external platform adapters are not connected.

02 / PHYSICAL

Safe Perimeter

A published engineering and legal specification for place-based and child-proximity warnings, with an interactive design site.

Built · specification and site
What the build covers

The specification tests the legal, technical, and response model. Wearable hardware, calibrated ranging, permissioned feeds, and field operations are not built or validated. The location example below uses fabricated coordinates; no real person is tracked.

03 / CARE

Anchored In

A continuing family-support program: a known contact, an agreed next step, a warm referral, and follow-through.

Built · program materials
Program boundary

BB2G has a developed presentation and expansion model for Anchored In. Active local providers, signed agreements, staffing, and service outcomes must be confirmed for each location. Anchored Zones is the separate place-based design within Safe Perimeter.

04 / DIGITAL

Kids' Creative Campus

A constructive space to share projects, practice respectful interaction, and explore education, ethics, economics, and entrepreneurship.

Built · synthetic campus demo
Participation design

The local demo includes cohorts, moderated project submissions, and constructive reactions. A real service needs age assurance, safeguarding staff, reporting, and an enrollment process. Disagreement can be respectful; harassment and humiliation are prohibited. Commerce lessons do not enable real payments.

05 / DIGITAL

Shield GameSpace

Documented GameSpace design for solo, local, private-network, and carefully connected play modes.

Built · portfolio design
Network modes

The Shield Spaces portfolio book documents GameSpace. The game implementation and isolation tests have not been verified here. An actual air gap requires physical separation from public networks; a private network or offline toggle alone does not establish one.

06 / CARE

Angel's Post

Family and community support, referrals, and a coordinated path to practical help, supported by a built public program site.

Built · public program site
Service boundary

The Angel Post site and pilot materials exist. This Shield page does not accept case referrals, assign providers, or promise service availability. Confirm consent-based workflows, staffing, and each provider before describing a service as active.

07 / TRUST

Harbor Vetting

A review process for trusted participants, partner roles, and documented eligibility.

Built · intake application
Human review

The Harbor Vetting repository includes packet assembly, collection, status tracking, and an admin workflow. Live screening and e-sign providers remain stubbed in its documented phase-one build. Authorized records, trained reviewers, and an appeal process are required before operational decisions.

08 / EDUCATION

First Witness Training

Awareness education for families, schools, churches, workplaces, communities, and verified professional roles.

Built · training application
Access the training site

The existing repository contains the training application. Training teaches observation, documentation, and appropriate reporting—not intervention or confrontation.

Visit the training homepage →
09 / RESEARCH

Pro ID

Research into identity verification and liveness, with a defined boundary between synthetic evaluation and validation in real people.

Built · synthetic research core
Research boundary

The Pro ID research core has a local operator console, synthetic ECG/PPG replay, audit records, and reported tests. No person or connected sensor was measured in the reviewed briefing. Attended verification and child-device applications remain designs requiring consent, hardware, independent validation, and appropriate oversight.

10 / COORDINATION

Advocate & Network Tools

Find support resources, map cooperating organizations, and evaluate what prevention efforts achieve.

Built · three analysis tools
What exists

Recovered front-end source includes Advocate Finder’s reviewer rubric, Network Mapper’s entered graph and rankings, and Effect Lab’s two-group calculator. They are analytical aids, not a live service directory or an automatic trust or causation verdict. Any operational use needs reviewed data and role permissions.

Try it without enrolling anyone

See how follow-through works.

This browser-only example uses a fictional case. Nothing is sent to an agency, platform, or monitoring service. Refreshing clears the demonstration.

Choose a synthetic event

Automation routes and escalates. Humans verify and decide. No automatic punishment.

CASE DEMO-001No alert

Ready for a walkthrough

Create an event, acknowledge it as the fictional officer, and record a response.

The children's side of the vision

    Create. Learn.
    Encourage each other.

Projects, ideas, and healthy social practice. Spaces designed to reward curiosity and constructive participation.

    • Age-appropriate cohorts and trained moderation
    • Projects in science, art, ethics, business, and community service
    • Clear reporting, appeals, and trusted-adult support
    • Respectful feedback without harassment or public shaming

These are intended production safeguards. The campus prototype does not enroll real children.

    Fictional campus project

    A garden that gives back.

A student team plans a community herb garden, calculates its costs, and shares what they learned.

Try a constructive reaction. It stays in this page only.

    Honest progress, visible boundaries

What has been built—and what comes next.

    Available in this website

Program overview, filterable directory, interactive alert walkthrough, campus reaction example, printable overview, and direct contact link.

    BB2G work already built

Digital Shield and campus demonstrations; First Witness training; Harbor intake; Angel Post; Perimeter software; Pro ID’s synthetic research core; IQ analysis tools; and published Safe Perimeter, Anchored In, and GameSpace materials. These assets have different levels of validation and are not joined into a live child-protection network by this page.

    Before operational use

Connect the relevant built modules, verify authority and local restrictions, validate hardware and safeguarding claims, staff human response, and complete independent security and operational review.

Does this monitor everything someone does online?

No. Real coverage would depend on authorized sources, participating platforms, verified identity bindings, and applicable restrictions. A username match alone does not prove identity or wrongdoing.

Is this a government-issued credential service?

No. The government-credential model is a proposal. BB2G has not established an issuing authority or universal platform participation through this website.

Is a sealed alert the same as a resolved investigation?

No. Sealing records acknowledgment, response, and delivery. It does not establish guilt, impose a sanction, or close an investigation.

Can an internet-connected website be air-gapped?

No. This public website communicates over the internet. Offline installations and physically isolated networks are separate deployment designs.

Can I submit a tip or private case here?

No. This is an informational website and a synthetic demonstration. Do not send children's information, personal case records, or allegations through the partnership contact.
