Keep the original work.
Bring the missing pieces into view.

Election custody, identity research, evidence review and sovereign computing serve different roles. They can inform one another without becoming the same system.

The boundary that governs

For statutory public elections, paper remains the ballot of record. Custody tools record handoffs and evidence; they do not tabulate votes or decide ballot validity. Pro ID does not determine voter eligibility. Organizational election experiments and Sovereign Horizon research remain separate.

Existing work to reconcile

HALO & Quantum-Safe

The documented hybrid key-establishment work combines ML-KEM-768 and P-256. Message authentication, forward secrecy and independent review are separate gaps. Its presence does not establish that election components use it.

Sentinel ID

Keyed tokens, a separate reverse-map vault and threshold custody provide existing design and code to examine. Reuse must preserve voter-to-ballot separation and the original protected-population purpose.

ProofCore

Current source includes an evidence engine with provenance, confidence ceilings and contradictions. The older description of documentation-only work is historical. Integration and application tests still need evidence.

Preserve the versions

The existing version register retains specification copies and records which version governs and why. Recover witness and external-anchor work before retiring an old engine. Similarity, a newer date or a newer name is not enough to discard a design.

What remains to prove

Recheck key custody, independent log witnesses, incompatible Merkle shapes, restart behavior, token reissue, nonce-bound approvals, process isolation and reproducible builds against current code. Historical audit findings are leads for revalidation, not findings rerun during this website session.

Independent cryptographic, legal and operational review remains part of the acceptance path. No production-readiness, security certification or binding online-voting claim is made here.

More work remains recorded

The recovered source catalog contains 275 HTML editions and 42 site entries. The project reconciliation preserves every row and separately flags election-related and adjacent work for review. These counts describe source records, not verified operational applications.

Control Tower, sovereign identity, egress controls, air-gap vaults, Secure Build Lab, Sovereign Border and the original invention list remain in the integration notes for source and version review.
