INDEPENDENT THINKING. CONNECTED WORK.Concept illustration

More than one project

A whole world of work.
One thread of care.

Operation Angels is BB2G’s public showcase: a place to explore projects, open available applications and understand supporting work. Angel’s Post and The Shield Project remain distinct programs within that wider portfolio. Child protection, family support, identity research, accountable records, private computing, education and storytelling all belong in the same conversation.

This is a living collection of work already created: applications, local tools, demonstrations, programs, books and engineering materials. Explore the pieces, understand their purpose and find where your expertise fits.

01 / CREATE

Make possibility practical.

Turn ideas into software, learning tools, original writing and places for people to grow.

02 / CONNECT

Bring the right pieces together.

Connect people, knowledge and accountable processes without losing the context that matters.

03 / PROTECT

Design care into the system.

Keep privacy, human review, respectful participation and real follow-through at the center.

PHYSICAL SAFETY / 04

Safe Perimeter

A complementary approach to physical boundaries, restrictions and accountable human response.

Documented · engineering materials & site
See the approach

The published specification and project materials describe the physical side of the Shield vision. This portfolio presents the engineering work; it does not claim deployed tracking hardware. The original wearer-feedback concept and v0.3 are separate designs; their behavior and test results must be evaluated separately.

CONTINUING SUPPORT / 05

Anchored In

Continuing family support that keeps care connected beyond a single intervention or appointment.

Documented · program materials
See the program

Anchored In’s materials form part of the wider family-support work. Partnership conversations can address delivery, staffing and the needs of a particular community.

YOUNG CREATORS / 06

Campus & GameSpace

Projects, healthy social practice and constructive play where curiosity has room to grow.

Documented · campus demo & GameSpace design
Explore the experience

The campus demonstration shows respectful reactions and student project sharing. GameSpace materials extend the vision into games and learning. The public demonstration uses fictional participants.

PARTICIPANT REVIEW / 07

Harbor Vetting

Documented intake, review packets and a clearer path through participant and partner review.

Documented · phase-one intake application
See the workflow

The application includes packet assembly, collection, status tracking and administrative review. Live screening and e-sign integrations are follow-on work.

AWARENESS EDUCATION / 08

First Witness Training

Observation, documentation and appropriate reporting for families, communities and professional roles.

Documented · training application
Explore the training

The training application is a separate part of the Shield portfolio, focused on informed observation and responsible reporting.

RECORDS & ACCOUNTABILITY / 09

ERC & StrongRoom Elections

Organize election records, preserve provenance and make review easier to follow.

Documented · applications & project library
Explore the evidence work

The elections collection retains the original Operation Angels project material, with StrongRoom project references. Records need context, source checks and human interpretation. Paper remains authoritative where specified. Custody and review tools do not tabulate votes or determine eligibility.

StrongRoom Modules

Modular records and handoff tools for work that needs traceability, structure and a reliable history.

Documented · module sites & reference collection

PRIVATE KNOWLEDGE / 11

Krissy’s Brain

A personal knowledge workspace for recovering ideas, organizing documents and carrying work forward.

Documented · local private workspace
See its role

The ProBox workspace supports private document intake and project reference. It runs locally rather than exposing a personal library through this public portfolio.

COMPUTING & PRIVACY / 12

Operation Encryption

Quantum-era evidence architecture spanning elections, custody, cyber defense and sovereign computing.

Documented · public project website
Explore the project

The public site brings together Quantum Core, the election chain, evidence architecture and briefing films. It also introduces the sovereign AI and air-gap direction. Explore the project’s specific scope and evidence.

PRACTICAL LEARNING / 13

The Intern Track

A Florida Class “CC” investigator-intern study platform with source texts, practice questions and a mock exam.

Documented · Intern Track website
Explore the learning work

The built study platform covers 21 subject areas, 294 practice questions and a 170-question mock exam. It supports preparation; it is not the state-approved prelicensing course and does not issue the required completion form.

SOVEREIGN COMPUTING / 17

Sovereign Studio

Understand your sources, route questions by policy and examine conflicting claims in a private knowledge workflow.

Documented · browser tools; local model connection requires setup
Explore the design

Catalog, source ranking, contradiction checks and a data border support evidence review. Browser file intake hashes and classifies a file locally. The model console needs a separately running loopback model; this showcase does not provide access to private source files or prove air-gapped inference.

AIRSPACE IDENTITY / 18

Sovereign Clean Sky

Separate aircraft identity, operator authorization and mission permission instead of treating identity as proof of safety.

Prototype · synthetic browser verification lab
Explore the mechanism

The documented October prototype uses browser-generated P-256 signatures, freshness and revocation checks, separate trust pins and signed audit evidence. Every contact remains visible for behavior review. Synthetic enrollment and simulated sensors do not establish real aircraft permission, hostility or enforcement authority. There is no live registry, hardware key protection or police integration.

RESEARCH DIRECTION / 19

Sovereign Horizon

A documented direction for privacy-preserving credentials and zero-knowledge election research.

Concept & architecture · implementation not verified here
Understand the research

The October roadmap calls for credential trees, cryptographic commitments and prototype circuits. Secrecy, coercion resistance and verifiability remain goals requiring technical evidence and independent review. This research direction is separate from paper-authoritative, non-tabulating custody tools. No public application destination was verified.

Ask about the research materials

Availability is described from project sources; a website response does not establish a functioning service. A documented artifact can be an application, demonstration, program, research core or specification. Each card identifies the form of the work so you can choose the right next step.

The purpose behind the pieces

Care becomes stronger
when the work
connects.

A family needs more than a warning. A learner needs more than a lesson. A record needs more than a claim. BB2G explores the tools, support and follow-through around each of those needs.

01

People before process.

Support, education and healthy participation give technology a purpose people can recognize.

02

Context before conclusions.

Identity research, source records and structured review help people examine what an indicator actually means.

03

Follow-through by design.

Clear handoffs, acknowledgment and response records make responsibility visible.

04

Space to create.

Private workspaces and practical learning help ideas develop into something useful.

Keep the history. Build the future.

The original work
still has a home.

The original Operation Angels pages and source archive are preserved. These collections were created for team reference; access and download availability depend on the original service. Licensed methods material is not a public download collection.
